Moonstone Dragons

Two pale dragons painted in acrylic soar in a night sky, which is actually a naturally molted feather generously donated by a domestic pet macaw. The finished piece is accented with two small rainbow moonstone cabochons. Maybe they're gathering moonbeams in them, or at least starlight! I triple matted this piece in midnight blues and silver, then framed it in a glossy black frame that measures 5x7 inches on the inside edge.
